I can't believe it has been so long since I posted anything here on tblog. I kept meaning to, but ran out of time. I working a lot these days and it doesn't leave much time for anything else. Friday was my artist reception at Elements. It was a lot of fun. There was a band and everything. Lots of people showed up. Which made me very happy. It was a much better experience than the opening back in September. Now I can work on my open house for my stuff not in the gallery. I started buying snacks yesterday. I think I should have about 20 people showing up. Which means I have to start putting stuff together. I am adding pocket mirrors and coasters with my photos on them to my offerings. The mirrors required me downloading photoshop which about kicked my rear. But I think I got them right. I just have to wait to hear from the woman who is making them for me to see if I managed to get it all.

What do the pocket mirrors look like? My imagination is gone today. I think I left it in the Laurie Notaro book I read before bed last night. I'm crocheting rock-star coasters today using camoflage (sp) yarn, and making some with grimacy faces on them. I'm trying to make a cat winking but it doesn't look like much other than a stroke victim so far.

Kate! Wow it looks like you are getting a bit famous these days :P I can always say I knew back when she was just spitting milk out her nose ahahahah. I am glad to see you work out there for sale...maybe I will do some shopping on My bonnie and Clyde ;o)
